Problem
The product needed a production-grade foundation for AI-driven content and workflows, not a fragile stack of one-off tools that would slow iteration as requirements evolved.
Approach
As founding frontend engineer, I owned the application architecture and a scalable, component-driven design system, while aligning release quality with backend automation through shared CI/CD and test coverage.
Solution
Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui on the frontend; Python, LangChain, and ComfyUI for dynamic AI asset generation and no-code CMS patterns for operators; GitHub Actions with Playwright and Pytest; Cursor team settings, MCP servers, and rule-based review loops for AI-first delivery.
Outcome
A robust, scalable platform with stable releases, strong frontend–backend integration, and modern development practices that supported rapid product growth and clear team communication throughout.
